'Security' is a jab at the Republican political war machine and how it uses the same scripted attacks year after year, decade after decade to frighten and control us.  If you view the original painting from a distance it appears polished, shiny and gleaming, just like the propaganda posters of the Third Reich.  Only upon closer inspection do you begin to notice the purposefully added finish that exhibits the degradation, cloudiness, and wear that comes with trying to rule using tactics of tyranny and deceit.  The Republican war machine is rusty, creaking and creeping to a halt.  There has never been a better time to strike.  Sadly this is all real life, not a movie, but thankfully it's not too late to change the future.  This is your chance to be part of history... to be an American Hero.  Don't let it slip away." -Trevor Chowning
